Zero to 524 Score Guarantee — Official Terms

These Score Guarantee Terms (“Guarantee Terms”) are part of and incorporated into the Zero to 524 Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. Zero to 524 is operated by Taran Bryce Grove, a sole proprietor doing business as “Zero to 524” in the State of Nevada (“we,” “us,” or “Zero to 524”). Questions: tarangrove@zeroto524.com.

1. What we guarantee

If you complete 100% of your assigned Roadmap and meet all conditions below, we guarantee that your official AAMC MCAT score will reach your Guaranteed Target. If it does not, you may claim a full refund of the price you paid, including any extensions.

Before you submit an official Baseline Diagnostic, any Guaranteed Target shown to you (including on our website or during onboarding) is an estimate based on a score you self-report as a guess. It is illustrative only and is not binding.

2. How your Guaranteed Target is calculated

Your Guaranteed Target becomes official once you submit your Baseline Diagnostic (see Section 3 for when you can do this). It is calculated from two inputs: your baseline diagnostic score and the length of your assigned Roadmap.

Your Roadmap’s length — and therefore your “full months of work” below — is fixed at onboarding, before you decide whether to submit your Baseline Diagnostic immediately or later. Submitting it later only supplies the missing score input; it does not change your Roadmap’s length.

Guaranteed Target = the lesser of:

• your Baseline Diagnostic score + 3 points for each full month of work in your assigned Roadmap; or
• 515.

“Full month of work” means each complete month of Roadmap work assigned to you, with any partial month rounded down to the nearest whole month. Example: a Roadmap spanning 4.5 months of work counts as 4 full months → +12 points.

Because the Guaranteed Target is capped at 515, a student whose Baseline Diagnostic is 515 or higher is guaranteed to score at least 515.

An estimated Guaranteed Target is displayed to you before checkout, based on a score you self-report as a guess. Once you submit your Baseline Diagnostic, your Guaranteed Target becomes official and fixed. It does not change if you later extend or shorten your access.

3. Your Baseline Diagnostic

• Your Baseline Diagnostic must be an official AAMC full-length practice exam.
• You may submit your Baseline Diagnostic any time from when you start onboarding through 7 days after your purchase (your “Baseline Submission Window”). You do not need to have one ready to complete your purchase.
• If you do not submit a Baseline Diagnostic within your Baseline Submission Window, the Score Guarantee does not apply to your purchase. You keep full access to the Service — you simply do not have a Score Guarantee for that purchase.
• Once submitted, the Baseline Diagnostic is timestamped and stored as a fixed record. It cannot be edited afterward.
• Any valid AAMC scaled score (472–528) qualifies. There is no minimum baseline required to be eligible.
• Entering a score in the app is not enough on its own. You must also email a screenshot or PDF of your official AAMC score report to tarangrove@zeroto524.com within your Baseline Submission Window. Your Guaranteed Target is not valid until we have received and can confirm this proof.

4. What “completion” means

To qualify, you must complete 100% of the personalized Roadmap generated for you — every assigned item across all phases (Content Review, Targeted Drills, and Full-Lengths). Your Roadmap assumes approximately 36 hours of study per week (full-time preparation).

Completion is measured against the Roadmap snapshot stored in your account at the time your plan was generated. An item counts as complete only when it is marked complete in the Zero to 524 application. We determine completion from our own records.

5. Conditions you must meet

All of the following must be true for a valid claim:

• You completed 100% of your assigned Roadmap before your access expired.
• You sat your official AAMC MCAT exam before your access expired. (Access is sized to extend past your Roadmap so you have time to complete the work and sit your exam within the window. If your timeline changes, you may purchase an extension to keep your access active.)
• The score you submit is from an official, valid, scored AAMC MCAT exam — not a practice test, and not a voided or invalidated exam.
• You submit your claim within 60 days after your access expires.
• This is your first and only guarantee claim. One claim per person.

6. How to claim

Email tarangrove@zeroto524.com with:

• Your account email.
• Your official AAMC score report (PDF or a clear screenshot from your AAMC account showing your name, your scaled score, and the exam date).

We will verify your submitted score against your Guaranteed Target and verify completion against our Roadmap records. If your claim qualifies, we will refund the full amount you paid (including extensions) to your original payment method.

7. Effect of a refund

Issuing a refund ends your access to Zero to 524. Your account and Roadmap will be closed.

8. Exclusions — you are not eligible if

• You did not submit a Baseline Diagnostic within your Baseline Submission Window (7 days after purchase).
• You entered a Baseline Diagnostic score in the app but did not email us proof (a screenshot or PDF of your official AAMC score report) within your Baseline Submission Window.
• You did not complete 100% of your assigned Roadmap.
• Your exam was taken after your access expired.
• Your MCAT score was voided, invalidated, or is otherwise not an official AAMC scored result.
• You do not submit an official AAMC score report.
• You submit your claim more than 60 days after your access expired.
• Your access lapsed before you completed the Roadmap and you did not extend it.

9. No other guarantee

This Score Guarantee is the only performance guarantee we make. We do not guarantee admission to any medical school, any specific percentile, or any outcome other than the Guaranteed Target defined above, and only under the conditions stated here. Nothing in our marketing modifies these Guarantee Terms; if there is any conflict, these Guarantee Terms control.

10. Changes

We may update these Guarantee Terms for future customers. The version in effect on the date you purchased governs your guarantee. We will not change your Guaranteed Target or conditions after your purchase.
